PHILOSOPHY

Over the years, my experience has led me to focus on four key areas in my instructional design philosophy:

• Learning needs to be tailored to meet the needs of your learners

• Learning needs to be active through engaging experiences

• Learning needs to be accessible and inclusive

• Learning needs to be focused on real-world applications.

Every learning experience I design starts with understanding my clients' needs and the learners' backgrounds and preferred learning styles. This allows me to tailor the content for maximum engagement and accessibility. My goal is to empower learners by presenting information in a way that motivates them to not just absorb, but actively synthesize and apply their newfound knowledge in real-world situations. Ultimately, I strive to equip learners with transferable skills that become valuable tools in their professional and personal lives.
